地點：國立臺灣科技大學，臺北市大安區基隆路四段 43 號。
年會當天抵達會場後，請前往以下地點完成報到、領取你的名牌並寫上 ID：

- ☔ 攜帶雨傘：年會幾天天氣較不穩定，建議隨身攜帶雨具。
- 📶 自備網路：現場不特別提供 Wi-Fi，請事先確認自己的網路方案。
- 🔋 能量與電量：攜帶水壺、止餓小點心與行動電源，可以讓兩天的活動體驗更加順暢！

COSCUP x UbuCon Asia 2026 is taking place this weekend (August 8–9) at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST)!
No registration or ticket is required. Just show up and join us!
🚨If the government announces a suspension of work and classes due to a typhoon on either event day, the COSCUP x UbuCon Asia activities scheduled for that day will be canceled. Activities on the other day will proceed as planned.

Venue: National Taiwan University of Science and Technology
No. 43, Section 4, Keelung Rd., Da’an District, Taipei City, Taiwan
After arriving at the venue, please complete check-in and pick up your name badge at one of the following locations:
After completing check-in, please follow the signs to the session rooms and conference areas. If you need help finding your way, feel free to ask any volunteers wearing COSCUP shirts.

👉 Session Planning Tips: We recommend using the OPASS App or the official schedule to bookmark sessions you are interested in beforehand. You do not need to attend everything — sessions you miss will gradually become available on the COSCUP YouTube channel after the event.

- 🤝 Code of Conduct: Please help maintain a friendly, respectful, and safe environment where everyone can freely interact and learn.
- ☔ Bring an Umbrella: Weather may be unstable during the event period, so we recommend bringing rain gear.
- 📶 Prepare Your Own Network: : Wi-Fi will not be provided at the venue. Please make sure your mobile network plan is ready.
- 🔋 Stay Energized and Charged: Bringing a water bottle, snacks, and a power bank will help you enjoy the two-day event more comfortably.
- 💻 Equipment and Networking: We believe many participants will bring laptops, so we will not emphasize that part. Also, consider preparing business cards or updating your LinkedIn profile to make it easier to connect with community members.
